In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. – John 1:1

At the beginning of his book, John spoke directly to the eternal deity of Jesus, placing Him at the scene of creation. The rest of the book of John gives eye witness account to the declarations of Jesus that He is God, from the “I Am” statements to the miracles performed so that faith would increase.

It’s a very intriguing book to do a deep study on if you never have.
