Born In His Image

Today’s Scripture (7/14/2022)

Yet as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last, He will take His stand on the earth. – Job 19:25

The books of the Bible are filled with stories of men and women who encountered great trials, Job among them. Job remained a righteous man, steadfastly giving glory to God, even through frustrations that he voiced to God. Even his friends were seeing all the devastation around him and giving him bad advice. Yet, Job knew and loved God.

I hope I never go through half of what Job did, but if I must… what an inspiration to keep my eyes and thankfulness for YHWH!

    We may go through worse than Job. His trials were demon activated for a short time. Persecution at the hands of men can go on for years, e.g., WW2 POW camps.
    It is important for us to get ready to witness to our persecutors and learn to truly pray FOR those who will hate us because of the Master we follow. ❤️&🙏, c.a.
