A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones. – Proverbs 17:22

If this isn’t a reminder to have a positive attitude, I don’t know what is. Any negativity creates and drives a broken spirit… and I don’t need any dried up bones! I need that joy! I need, yearn, and desire the heart of God which is the source of PERFECT joy.

I say perfect joy because I’ve searched out plenty of my own “joys” and not a single one of them create the love, satisfaction, and soul fulfillment the way God’s joy does.
